Classy, luxurious, great decor

Our stay was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff was attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The stylish design and attention to detail throughout the hotel created an atmosphere of luxury and sophistication. Our room was nice. The location was perfect for exploring Milan’s finest attractions. I loved the breakfast they have the best cappuccino in Milan and the croissant and cake were amazing. Especially the pistachio cake with raspberry.

The rooms are beautifully designed and well equipped. The private colonnade before the room creates a beautiful entry sequence and privacy which I appreciate. The bathrooms are incredibly spacious and the amenities are amazing. The room iPad system is world class. The gym was well equipped, the wellness staff were excellent and attentive, the individual sauna and steam rooms were so appreciated after a long working day. The staff throughout the hotel are welcoming, friendly and attentive from check in through to check out.

Nice design overall. Loved the tablet that controls everything. Staff were great. Spacious rooms.

Room layout was excellent with 4 separate areas, did not take breakfast, dined at the Restaurant, food was superb, staff (Emanual and Pasquale) were exceptional and incredibly professional. Wine was overpriced.
